By creating an account or playing POLITIKUS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
A game, not gambling
POLITIKUS is a free prediction game for entertainment. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and nothing in the app involves staking money. Monthly prizes are awarded under the Contest Rules at no cost to enter.
Not election information
Everything in the app — predictions, community charts, comments — reflects the opinions of players. It is not polling, not election information, and not advice on how to vote. POLITIKUS is not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or election authority.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
Comments you post stay yours; you give us permission to display them in the app. Do not post harassment, hate speech, spam, other people's personal information, or fabricated claims presented as fact. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do. You can report any comment and block any player from the comment menu.
Fair play
Multiple accounts, automation, or leaderboard manipulation are not allowed — see the Contest Rules for how this affects prize eligibility.
Ending or changing the service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of POLITIKUS. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time under Profile > Delete account.
Liability
POLITIKUS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of a free entertainment app — including decisions made based on player predictions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
